Our FitMe (Single) Membership consist of all the amenities within in our facility. From weightlifting, cardio, pre- and post-workout warmup/cooldown accessories, access 24 hours a day, purchase of products and other services included. This is your perfect fit, whether you are a beginner or enthusiast, every program, experience, and product we offer creates a comfortable atmosphere tailored for you.

FitMe with Group Training gives members the opportunity to join in on group classes that we have available. Dedicated to beginners and the elite, anyone can join! If you are looking for more guidance, accountability, and motivation, we have a class for you. Coached by certified trainers.

For the Couples! FitUs gives our couples the opportunity to workout together at a low price.  Come on in and accomplish those goals together. We will provide the space, products and services you need to get it done!

Our TeamUs Group Membership is made to provide a family with the chance to fulfill their fitness wants and needs. Sometimes we need more people around us to get us motivated and on the right track. TeamUs is the perfect membership for 3 or 4 people to stay focused and do it together. Bring your friends and family and lets be great together while also not breaking the bank!

Couples Personal Training gives you and your partner the ability to motivate each other in a gym setting to get to your goals. Not only will we do the best we can to encourage you, but you will also get that accountability from one another. We can get a lot of things done by working together!

Safety First Fitness! The Fitness Foundry’s number one goal is to ensure everyone coming in and out of our facility are safe. With our Equipment Orientation process, we will show you proper techniques for free weights, functional training, cardio equipment and all other machines we offer. Illustrating how they are to be used properly, cleaned and how to ensure the safety of yourself and peers around you.
